Price list holiday home
* For events from Monday to Thursday, the holiday home can be booked on a daily basis upon request.
On public holidays and during holiday periods, the minimum rental duration may increase.
Pool use is included from April 1 to September 30. From October 1 to March 31, the pool can be heated for a fee of 300,00 €.
A security deposit of 300,00 € is required. This can be paid either in cash on site or by bank transfer no later than three business days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation, the following amounts of the price will be refunded:

up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price

up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price

up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

from 13 days or in case of no-show: 0% of the rental price
