Overview of the premises and amenities

Our spacious holiday home is located in the idyllic north of Baden-Württemberg, in the small town of Laudenbach – in the heart of the lovely Tauber Valley, surrounded by vineyards, meadows, and beautiful trails for hiking and cycling.

The house can accommodate up to 18 people and features seven comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom . On the ground floor, a spacious dining and living room invites you to linger, directly adjacent to the modern, fully equipped kitchen . From here, you have direct access to the lovingly landscaped garden with a large terrace and heated pool – perfect for enjoying warm days outdoors.

A special highlight is the spacious vaulted cellar beneath the house – an atmospheric place for shared evenings, wine tastings, or celebrations.

Blueprint

Our holiday home has seven residential units, each with its own bathroom, living area and sleeping area.

Each residential unit is named after a nearby town or place worth seeing.

The bedrooms are equipped with bed linen, sufficient power outlets, bedside tables with good lighting and storage for your travel bags.

The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, shampoo and shower gel, a toilet, and a sink. Each bathroom also includes a hairdryer, as well as towels and bathrobes.

Directly behind the house, you'll find a lovingly landscaped garden with a spacious terrace, easily accessible from the kitchen and living room. Enjoy meals together or balmy summer evenings at the large dining table.

A special highlight is our heated pool – surrounded by comfortable loungers and various rest areas, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. The garden is lushly planted and invites you to linger with its natural atmosphere. Fresh herbs are at your disposal – perfect for preparing your favorite dishes.

For convivial evenings, a charcoal grill and a fire bowl are available – ideal for long, atmospheric nights under the open sky.

In front of the house is our courtyard with an open area and parking spaces.

Our kitchen is the heart of the house—a place for cooking, enjoying meals, and socializing. Historic elements such as a visible half-timbered wall and an impressive, original stone wall lend the room a very special atmosphere. Traces from the time when this was still a stable have been lovingly preserved and tell their own story.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: a wide selection of dishes and kitchen utensils, plenty of storage space, a refrigerator and freezer, an additional freezer in the adjoining pantry, as well as an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster.

The door with direct access to the garden allows the kitchen to be perfectly integrated into outdoor living – ideal for serving food outside as a buffet or enjoying a leisurely breakfast on the terrace.

The attached pantry offers even more storage space, as well as a second refrigerator and a separate freezer—perfect for larger groups or longer stays.

The living room invites you to relax with comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a TV—perfect for quiet evenings or social gatherings. Directly adjacent is the spacious dining area with a large table that seats everyone.

This area also offers the ideal setting for private and corporate events: the living room, dining area, and kitchen are available to you as a spacious unit – functional, comfortable, and with plenty of room for interaction.

On the second floor there is a second seating area, as well as workstations next to the stairs.

A true highlight of our holiday home is the lovingly preserved vaulted cellar. Accessible both from inside and outside, its unique ambiance provides the perfect setting for convivial evenings, wine tastings, or other events. The combination of natural stone, atmospheric lighting, and historic flair makes the space a unique place brimming with character and atmosphere.
