Overview

Our holiday home can be found in the north of Baden-Württemberg, in a small town called Laudenbach and is in a very rural location.

It is equipped for 18 people and has seven bedrooms with private bathrooms .

On the ground floor there is a large living room and a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen .

From there you can step directly into the garden . There is a large terrace and a pool where you can spend the warm days in the fresh air in a quiet environment.

There is a large wine cellar under the house where you can spend lovely evenings together.

Our holiday home has seven residential units, each with its own bathroom, living area and sleeping area.

Each residential unit is named after a nearby town or place worth seeing.

The bedrooms are equipped with bed linen, sufficient power outlets, bedside tables with good lighting and storage for your travel bags.

The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, shampoo and shower gel, a toilet, and a sink. A hairdryer, as well as towels and a bathrobe, are provided.

In front of the house is our courtyard with an open area and parking spaces.

Behind the house is the garden, which can be accessed directly from the kitchen and living room. In warmer weather, you can sit outside on the terrace. We also have a heated pool, around which there are several places to lounge and relax. The garden is full of plants and greenery. There are also plenty of herbs for your cooking.

The kitchen is the heart of the house. Like other rooms in the house, it features a half-timbered wall. What makes it special, however, is the preserved stone wall on the opposite side. You can still see traces of the stable that once stood here.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes and a wide selection of kitchen utensils, as well as enough storage and refrigeration space for large group shopping trips. A door leads directly to the garden, allowing the kitchen area to also serve as a buffet.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry with a second refrigerator, a freezer and more storage space.
